The Dude! Cruise will have it's debut in the Netherlands on June 13th. 

Sommigen hebben waarschijnlijk de geruchten al gehoord rond de 13^e juni. Wat het ook was dat je verwachtte, je zult in ieder geval niet teleurgesteld zijn! Exile Skimboards NL & DeSurfschool.nl present: Dia de El Dude! Cruise at Hoek van Holland, slag Rechtestraat.

Op 13 Juni zal de Dude! Cruise zijn introductie maken in Nederland! Jij bent uitgenodigd om gratis deze sexy nieuwe shape te testen! Maar dit is niet een standaard skimmeeting. Dit is een wedstrijd waarin jij zowel jurylid als deelnemer bent! We wilden jullie niet vervelen met heats en drama en daarom kun je nu gewoon lekker skimmen, ons nieuwe board proberen en een geweldige dag hebben! Als je, je nu afvraagt hoe je dan moet winnen… Nou, aan het eind van de dag mogen alle deelnemers en bezoekers stemmen voor de heads-turning-winnaar in de volgende categorieën:

- Best ride wave & flatland
- Carpool Initiative; Largest group of people arriving in the same car
- Best Dude! Cruise ride
- King of the Newbies
- Longest traveled distance to HvH
- SkimQueen of the day
- Biggest Smile
- Gnarliest Wipe-Out

Het evenement zal beginnen om 10.30 en de winnaars zullen bekend worden gemaakt om 17.30! Zorg dus dat je auto volgepropt zit met lachende mensen en skimboards en geniet met ons van Dia de El Dude! Cruise. Wie weet ga je dan wel met één van de prijzen naar huis!

Schrijf je meteen in voor ‘Dia de El Dude! Cruise’ op onze Facebook pagina. Maar dat is nog niet alles. Heb je geen wetsuit? Geen zorgen. Voor € 10,- kun je een Quiksilver wetsuit huren voor de gehele dag en daarnaast krijg je daar een gratis patatje met een gezond drankje erbij! We willen iedereen gelukkig en gezond zien..En boven al, we willen jullie in het water zien J!

Voor iedereen die mensen mee brengt die nog nooit op een skimboard of golfsurfboard gestaan hebben; DeSurfschoo.nl biedt professionele surflessen tegen gereduceerd tarief. Voor € 20,- kun je om 14.00, 1,5 uur surfles volgen. Je mag vervolgens het board en wetsuit de rest van de dag lenen, zodat je lekker golven kunt shredden. Daarnaast krijg je ook hier een lekkere lunch, want we moeten het energiepijl wel omhoog houden met al die activiteiten!

Some Dutchies may have heard rumors about the 13^th of June. Whatever it was you expected, we are making sure not to disappoint you… Exile Skimboards NL & DeSurfschool.nl present: Dia de el Dude Cruise at Hoek van Holland, Rechtestraat.

On the 13th of June 2010 the Dude Cruise will make its introduction into the Netherlands! And you are invited to test out this new shape, for free! But this is not your ordinary meeting. It’s a competition in which you are both going to be able to judge and be a competitor! We didn’t want to bore you with heats and the mean competitive side of things, so as a result you can just skim all you want, try our new board and have a good time! Then how are you supposed to win this event? Well, by the end of the day all contestants will vote for the winner in the following categories:

- Best ride wave & flatland

- Carpool Initiative; Largest group of people arriving in the same car

- Best Dude! Cruise ride

- King of the newbies

- Longest traveled distance to HvH

- SkimQueen of the day

- Biggest smile

- Gnarliest Wipe-Out

The event will start off 10.30 and the winners will be announced around 17.30. Make sure to fill up your car with as many people and skimboards as possible and come enjoy Dia de El Dude Cruise with us!

But this isn’t all... If you don’t have a wetsuit of your own, no worries. For € 10,- you can rent a Quiksilver wetsuit for the entire day and on to top that off you’ll receive a free lunch with french-fries and a healthy drink!

For those of you who bring friends who’ve never surfed or skimmed; DeSurfschool.nl is offering a professional surf class at a reduced price. For € 20,- you can attend a 1,5 hour long surf class, starting at 14.00. You will be able to use the wetsuit and board until the end of the event, so you can try to shred waves all you like! You will also be offered a nice lunch, because we want to make sure you can keep your energy up.
